Terms

Last updated 22 August 2026

Using Nekopomo means accepting these terms. If you do not, please do not use it. Questions go to hello@nekopomo.com.

Nekopomo is a Pomodoro timer with a companion — a tool for structuring your own time. It is not medical, therapeutic or productivity advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such.

What costs money and what does not

The timer, your first companion, your history and statistics, settings, an account and syncing between devices are free, and we intend them to stay free. Additional companions are sold for a single payment. They are not a subscription: once bought they remain available on your account, and we will not take away something you have paid for.

Stripe is the merchant of record for every purchase, which means your contract of sale is with Stripe, who handle payment, tax and transaction support, and whose own terms apply to the sale itself. These terms cover your use of Nekopomo. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes are calculated by Stripe based on where you are. If you want a refund, see the refund policy.

Using it sensibly

Keep your password to yourself, since you are responsible for what happens under your account, and pick a username that is not offensive or impersonating someone. Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, fabricate session history, resell access, or abuse the API automatically. We may suspend an account being used to attack or overload the service, and we may end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. You can stop using Nekopomo whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account by email.

Nekopomo is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we may change or discontinue features, though your local history remains on your own device regardless. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited; beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and material changes will be flagged in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

Nekopomo is provided by Timson Lee, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
